Congratulations to the participants whose 10 projects were selected as Top 10 finalists and we would like to thank all participants for the contributions. The judging of the 10 selected projects to become the 3 winners will be held on August 29, 2022. The team selected as the top 10 finalists must present the project according to the schedule and time specified. Project presentation is done offline or online. The preparation and implementation of the presentation of the project by the top 10 finalists can be seen at the presentation guidelines : https://bit.ly/GuidelinePresentation_Studcomp_WPSCAPSA2022. Presentations can be attended online and offline (hybrid) by all finalists of the International Student Competition with 4 participants in each team. Participants who will attend online or offline are required to confirm attendance (The attendance confirmation link will be listed in the invitation letter which we will send to the team leader’s email).

*Important Notes*:

  1. For the Top 10 finalists: 4 person of each team are invited to attend offline presentations on Monday, 29th of August, in Bali (no additional charge applied, however, accommodation & transportation are at your own expense). Team members who do not/could not attend offline presentations can attend online via zoom event (please confirm your online/offline attendance in https://bit.ly/AttendanceConfirmationTOP10 )
  2. For the teams who are selected as the Top 3 finalists will be invited to attend the plenary event on Tuesday, 30 of August in Bali to receive the award (no additional charge applied, however, accommodation & transportation are at your own expense)
  3. For all registered teams (24 teams), your registration fee already includes free online access to attend the whole congress event up to 4 person per team. However, if you would like to attend offline in Bali, an additional charge of 75 USD per person is applied.
