Registration Dates
- Abstract and session participants registration have been closed: 15 July 2022.
- Registration for participants without presentation is open until 15 August 2022.

The attendance fee consists of either virtual only or offline/on-site type attendance. The online attendance fee covers online access only to the sessions of the WPSC-APSA 2022 Congress. The offline/on-site attendance fee covers admission entry to online and offline scientific sessions at Congress venue in Bali, including coffee breaks and lunches, and social events.
For the registration of Pre-Congress events and Sponsorships, please see the description on each event page, however the registrations and payments are in this same system. Please carefully read the description of each program, make sure you choose the right option in terms of payment price and requirements.
For the participants and presenters of the sessions, the fee covers only one participant.
If you register as a student, please submit your student card, which is still valid until the event.

*) As of 2021, forty-six countries are designated by the United Nations as least developed countries (LDCs). These are Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, the Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, the Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kiribati, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, the Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Yemen and Zambia.

- Currently, the payment method is available just with bank transfer option. Detailed information is provided in the Registration Form.
- In the form you can read the detail bank account for payment transfer.
- Do the payment transfer, fill out your registration information, and upload your receipt/proof of payment
- Make sure you know exactly the type of payment for your registration.
- Please contact us at conference@aspi.or.id for more information and confirmation.
- Your invoice will be sent by email following your registration and payment. The invoice will show the total sum of the conference fee.

- Cancellations received before 15 July 2022 are refunded in full, though subject to administrative fees, which include refund fee (USD 9.5), EasyChair’s attendee fee (USD 5.4), and EasyChair’s processing fee (4.9%).
- COVID-related refund (for registrants from outside Indonesia): up to 29 July 2022, we will allow refunds (minus the administrative fee) if travel to Indonesia, or, to or from your home country becomes restricted due to COVID.
- Substitutions or name change of the registrant may be allowed. Requests for substitutions (including a written permission from the original registrant) will only be considered by contacting the Organizing Committee on conference@aspi.or.id (ASPI secretariat)
- Chargeback Handling Fee: USD 27.00 for each chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal arising from the processing of Registration Fees.
Note: Due to financial commitments (e.g., guarantees of a certain number of meal servings, transportation contractual arrangements) that the committee must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund your fees after a certain date).
